Objective and Description
Objective: The Village of Brooklin West community is a 900 unit residential development located within the Village of Brooklin, Town of Whitby.
The scope of work completed by the Sernas Group includes planning, preliminary engineering, detailed civil engineering design, project management, contract administration, stormwater management and electrical design.
Phase I completed to base asphalt in 2004; Phase VI completed to base asphalt in 2008. Assumption and project completion will occur near 2012.
