Objective and Description

Objective:  A small prestigious residential subdivision set in a rural setting surrounded by Emerald Hills Golf course (owned and maintained by Clublink Corporation) in the Town of Whitchurch Stouffville comprising approximately 76 residential units.  The scope of work included full municipal servicing including a communal water supply and joint wastewater Waterloo Biofilter treatment plant (privately operated by Clublink Corporation), stormwater management facility and 74000 m3 (16 million gallon) irrigation pond and amenity block construction. In addition, our work required an external sanitary sewage lift station, backup diesel generator power supply and road improvements on an adjacent Regional Road.

     

Phase I (69 lots) completed to base asphalt in 2005; Phase II ( 7 lot severances and Amenity Block construction ) will be ongoing into 2009.
