Objective and Description
Objective: Upper Danforth Village is a 15 hectare development located in the Scarborough District, which is comprised of 457 low rise homes, a park, and a stormwater block. The site is being converted from heavy industrial to low-rise residential. The property has undergone a major environmental site remediation which has had a significant impact on the implementation of road and servicing implementation.
