Objective: To undertake a Traffic Impact Study for the proposed development of approximately 2,200 residential units and 94,000 sq ft of neighbourhood commercial space. The study assessed the impact of the development traffic on the boundary Regional and Town Rd networks and recommended improvements to roads and intersections to accommodate the additional traffic.
