Objective and Description
Objective: The total land holdings comprised approximately 700 acres with largelky residential development, approximately 50 acres of big box commercial development, and three school sites. Our services started in the initial secondary plan preparation and included functional servicing reports and neighbourhood servicing issues. Following the approval of the secondary plan, our services continued with the various phases of residential development, now at the fifth phase which includes 3 SWM facilities, an arterial road reconstruction and a major creek bridge crossing as well as approximately 1 km of creek rechannelization. The final project will likely entail 8 to 9 phases.
